Our simple fee structure includes sale boards, window display at multiple locations, advertising on national property websites, the legal work and if required other associated services such as preparation of Wills. Our price also includes a set number of insertions in the local press property guides.

Our simple competitive fees are:

• 1.2% of Value + VAT up to value of £140,000
• 1.0% of Value + VAT above £140,000
